- 1/2 cup rolled oats organic, gluten-free
- breastmilk or formula
- Alphonso Mango Puree
- cinnamon optional
- 1/2 tsp Ghee

Instructions
- Grind the oats to a fine oat flour in a food processor. Reserve 2 tbsp; store remaining in an air-tight container in the refrigerator.
- Bring 6 tbsp water to a boil; add 2 tbsp oat flour and a pinch of cinnamon, whisking continuously until completely integrated.
- Cook, stirring often for about 2-4 minutes or until thickened and the oat flour is cooked. Remove from heat.
- Add milk or formula to get just the right consistency.
- Stir in ghee and a little spoonful of mango puree.
