- 1 pound pecan halves
- 1/3 cup Ghee
- ½ cup jaggery (grated) (or packed brown sugar)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch Himalayan pink salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
- Melt ghee in a large saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Add jaggery or brown sugar and salt. Stir until jaggery is dissolved.
- Remove from heat; stir in vanilla then add pecans, stirring to coat completely.
- Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake, stirring every 10 minutes, for 15 to 25 minutes, or until toasted to your preference.
- Remove from oven; transfer to a large plate to cool completely.
