Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds sliced, toasted
- 2-3 tsp moringa powder more or less, to taste
- 1 tsp cinnamon ground
- 1/2 tsp cardamom, green ground
- 1/2 tsp dried ginger ground
- 1/8 tsp salt more or less, to taste
- 1 Tbsp Ghee at room temperature
- 2/3 cup dates pitted and chopped
- sliced almonds for rolling, optional

Instructions
- Put almonds, moringa, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and salt in a food processor. Pulse to the consistency of coarse meal.
- Add ghee and dates. Process until the mixture comes together, stopping and scraping down sides of processor if needed.
- Transfer to a bowl. Form walnut-sized balls between your palms. Roll in sliced almonds, if desired. Place each ball on a parchment or wax paper-lined baking sheet or plate.
- Chill until cold and firm. Store in an air-tight container, preferably in the refrigerator.
