Ingredients
- 1 cup onion(s) chopped
- 3 large garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 large roma tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup peanuts dry roasted
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2-1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 3 cloves whole
- 1/8 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1/2 ripe plantain peeled
- 3/4 tsp cumin ground
- 1/4 tsp coriander ground
- 1/8 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 1 oz unsweetened chocolate

Instructions
- Saute onion and garlic in ghee until fragrant.
- Add all ingredients to food processor and blend until smooth and pour-able.
- Return to stove-top and simmer for 5 minutes, or until hot, before serving.
- Spoon over meat or enchiladas.
