4 TBSP Pure Indian Foods Cultured Ghee
2 TBSP fresh lemon juice
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp sea salt
4 large Portobello mushrooms
4 TBSP finely chopped fresh basil
2 TBSP fresh lemon zest
1) Preheat the oven to 350F.
2) In a small bowl, whisk together the first 5 ingredients.
3) Place the mushrooms in a baking dish and drizzle with the ghee mixture. Using your hands, coat the mushrooms with the mixture. Bake for 10 minutes or until tender.
4) Remove from the oven. Sprinkle with basil and lemon zest.
5) Serve warm.
