Ingredients
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 2 tsp cumin powder or roasted cumin seed
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 TBSP tamarind paste
- 1 lime(s) freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp peppercorns, black
- 1 tsp black salt (kala namak) finely ground
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
- 1 pinch hing powder
- 1 tbsp jaggery (grated) or other sweetener of choice (optional)
- 1 tsp fennel seeds (optional)

Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to blender and blend it well.
- Add this thin paste to 3 cups of water.
- Add ice cubes, garnish with a few min leaves and serve.
