Many people are aware of the tremendous benefits of natto, a Japanese staple that, for many Westerners, can be a bit off-putting. That’s where the Pure Indian Foods Freeze-Dried Natto comes in so beautifully. It’s easily reconstituted, and best of all, the taste is mild and pleasant, blending well with other flavorful ingredients. These cookie bites are a coconut-free version of the recipe available at https://www.pureindianfoods.com/blogs/recipes/coco-natto-cookie-bites. If you want to consume some natto every day and don’t know where to begin, these chocolatey cookie bites are a great place to start.

Ayurveda-Style Almond Milk with Spices
Ayurveda really knows how to do almonds! The nuts are soaked and the skins removed for easier digestion. For added sweetness without added sugar, try a chopped date or a dried fig. The spices are suggestions – please feel free to add any that you love. Enjoy this delicious, nutritious almond milk warmed or chilled.
Tandoori Seared Chicken Legs
This is an incredibly easy recipe that boasts such great flavor you’ll be making it a lot! The chicken is seared in a cast iron skillet in hot ghee to brown on both sides, then transferred to the oven to continue cooking. We used whole chicken legs (thigh with drumstick) but you can use the breast with skin, if desired, although the roasting time will likely be a bit longer. You can easily make as much chicken as your skillet can hold.

Broccoli with Radicchio
Balti Curry adds such good flavors to simple, healthy dishes! For this recipe, we started with a cast iron skillet rubbed with ghee to help sear in the flavors of the sweet broccoli and slightly bitter radicchio. The addition of Malabar ground black pepper adds a mildly peppery flavor that won’t compete with the various flavors of the Balti curry, However, any black pepper you have on hand will do quite nicely.
